NOTE: MetaQuotes has updated their MQL4 language and our tools won´t work on MT4 Build 600 and greater, nevertheless all our tools offer the same features and advantages as usual. We highly recommend reading this blog post about updating MT4 to Build 600.


Activation Process:

4xBarSize can be used in two different live accounts and unlimited demo accounts. In order for us to proceed to send you the 4xBarSize indicator you need to provide us with the following information via our Support Ticket System.

For live account/s: The exact account number/s (Up to 2 account numbers).

For demo account/s: The exact name you used to open your account in MetaTrader.

NOTE: Be sure the mentioned information is exact otherwise the activation won’t work.

After we receive this information we will send you a valid copy of the 4xBarSize indicator.

When you open a new any account make sure you write your name exactly the same every time, see example below.

If you don’t receive the indicator within the next 24hrs please open a Support Ticket



  1. Download the 4xBarSize.ex4 indicator file to your PC.
  2. Copy this file.
  3. Open your MT4 > On your Terminal click on Experts > Right click > Open > Click On Experts (on Top) > Double click on the Indicators folder
  4. Paste.
  5. Restart MetaTrader4.

Now you have your 4xBarSize ready to use.

Open the Navigation bar (Ctrl N).

Open Custom Indicators > Double click on _4xBarSize

Inputs tab:

Range_Low: Set the limit of low bars.

Color_Low: Set the color you want to see the numbers of the Low bars.

Color_Med: Set the color you want to see the numbers of the Medium bars which are above the Range_Low value and below the Range_High value.

Color_High: Set the color you want to see the numbers of the High bars.

Range_High: Set the minimum value of the High bars.

Distance: This number allows you separate the numbers displayed from the bars as much as you want.

If you leave the 4xBarSize indicator with default values you will see:

  • The bar numbers in white color if bars are lower than 9 pips
  • The bar numbers in orange color if bars are higher than 9 pips and lower than 25 pips
  • The bar numbers in red color if bars are higher than 25 pips
